arandaco.com is run by Erick Aranda, who operates as Aranda & Co. Questions about this policy go to Erick; the way to reach him is at the bottom of this page.

What this site collects

The site collects nothing directly. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no account and no comment section. Reading the site doesn't ask you for any information, and the site sets no cookies.

What our hosting provider sees

The site is hosted on Railway. Like most web hosts, Railway may keep short-term server logs of requests to the site: the IP address that made the request, the time, the page requested and the browser used. We use those logs, if at all, to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We don't use them to identify or profile visitors.

Fonts

The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, and Google receives your IP address and browser details in order to answer that request. Google explains what it does with those requests in its Google Fonts privacy notice. We don't receive any of that information.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts, so there is no cookie banner. The one exception is the booking panel described below, which runs only after you click to open it.

The booking panel and links to other sites

When you click a "Book 20 minutes" button, the site loads Calendly's booking calendar in a panel on the page. Nothing from Calendly loads before that click. Once the panel is open, Calendly's own script is running: Calendly receives your IP address and browser details, may set its own cookies, and its privacy policy applies to what happens inside the panel. We don't control what Calendly collects. The site also links to LinkedIn; once you click through, you're on LinkedIn's site under its policies.

If you book a call

Booking goes through Calendly. Calendly asks for your name and email address, records your time zone, and gives you a box for anything you want to tell us before the call. Calendly sends that to us, and it also goes into our calendar and email, which run on Google. We use it to hold the call, prepare for it and follow up with you afterwards. We don't sell it, share it with anyone outside the providers named here, or add you to a mailing list. We keep it for as long as we're in touch with you. If you'd like us to correct or delete what you gave us, get in touch through the contact below and we'll do it.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we add a form, a newsletter or analytics, this policy will change to say what's collected and why, and we'll update the date at the top.
