AI pilot on board.

Aranda & Co. is a fractional Chief AI Officer, a part-time head of AI, for owner-led companies with 10 to 200 people: staffing, recruiting and executive search firms, e-commerce brands, coaches and course creators, professional practices, logistics companies, and small government contractors. We put the AI tools you've already paid for into your team's daily work, with a progress report every week.

What we do

AI assessment

The fee is fixed and agreed before we start, and the work takes two to three weeks.

We sit with the people who do the work and follow where the hours and the money go. You get your top five uses for AI ranked by payback, and a 90-day plan with a shortlist of tools and builders. The plan is yours to keep.

This fits when you've bought AI tools and can't say what they changed, or when you're about to buy and want someone who isn't selling one to look first.

Fractional Chief AI Officer

It's a monthly retainer, and it starts after the assessment.

We run the 90-day plan: pick the tools and the builders, write the scopes, hold the dates, train your people, and report to you every week.

This fits when the plan exists and nobody on your team has the hours to run it.

Tools we work with

The AI assistants, CRMs, ad platforms and connectors we know our way around.

Names and logos belong to their owners. Aranda & Co. is independent and isn't a partner of any company shown.

How an engagement runs

01

Assessment and priorities

We spend two to three weeks inside the company, watching how the work gets done and what your current tools can already do. The ranked list and the 90-day plan come out of this.

Weeks 1 to 3

02

Builds and vendors

We pick the tools and the builders, write the scope, and hold them to the date, so your team isn't managing vendors.

From month 2

03

Adoption and policy

We train your people and write a plain-English AI-use policy, then keep following up until they're using what you paid for.

From month 2

04

Scorecard and cadence

A one-page scorecard every week: each priority, who owns it, when it's due, and whether it's on track. A slip shows up on that week's scorecard, while it's still cheap to fix. A leadership review once a month.

Every week

Start with twenty minutes.

Tell us what your team spends too much time on. The call covers where the time goes and what you've already tried with AI, and it ends with the one thing worth looking at first. If an assessment fits, a written scope and a fixed fee come before any work starts. Your company doesn't have to be in the U.S. Most of the work runs remote, and any days on site, at home or abroad, go in the written scope.
